As a communications intern at Capital Area Michigan Works!, I help the communications team plan various events. I assist in marketing the brand of the Capital Area IT Council by managing their social media accounts and assisting with various projects. I oversee industry tour events and help to organize the tours of local businesses. I also assist with student-focused communications efforts centered around talent attraction and retention, and quality of life.
