The State of Michigan information technology organization is exploring adopting more agile ways of working. I am assisting the department of human resources in piloting agile development practices and developing the organizations' transformation roadmap. Part of the responsibilities include assisting in defining new lean development processes and providing the members of the business and IT departments with foundational training in agile ways of working and specific training for the product owner and scrum master roles.
