At Michigan Works!, I coordinate policy and programmatic information to support the Association and its members – 25 Michigan Works! Agencies and workforce development partners across the state. I have a history of using strategic partnerships to drive community recovery and growth in Michigan.

I came to the Association from the U.S. Department of Labor’s Employment and Training Administration where I was a manpower development specialist.  Previously I was a senior policy analyst for HeiTech Services, a Maryland-based consulting company, and a presidential management fellow for both the Social Security Administration and U.S. Department of Labor in Washington, D.C.

I’m very excited to be part of an organization that is so committed to excellence, both for its members and the job-seeking public. Luann and her team represent one of the best workforce associations in the country and I couldn’t ask for a better opportunity to support economic and workforce development here in Michigan.
