As a Mortgage Servicer, I am responsible for ensuring the accuracy or our loan paperwork, and that we are meeting our required deadlines while providing the superior member service we strive to give our members each day.  I fund new mortgage loans and establish our the competitive interest rate for these members. I process and manage construction loans from beginning to end and am thrilled with this opportunity to assist members with their dreams of purchasing, building and renovating their homes.

As a financial services representative, I focus on assisting the members of the credit union with all of their financial needs. This includes financial underwriting for new lines of credit, offering our superior products, services and loans.  I look for ways to help save members money, maintain financial security, and offer opportunities and strategies to reach their goals.

I hired into MSU Federal Credit Union in February of 2013, and am currently working as an eServices Specialist in the eServices Department. I love my job, and I am proud to work for an organization that genuinely cares about the well-being and success of its members, employees, and the communities to which it serves.  As an eServices Specialist, I work directly with our members to assist them with wide variety of savings and loans products and services through eMessages and instant chat. Each interaction with a member is a unique experience, and with each interaction comes a chance to connect personally with our membership.

Assisting customers with any questions or issues they may have via the phone or the internet. Also assisting my fellow co-workers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Work with the development team to help ensure the quality of our software.

Russ supports internal operations, project coordination, grant management, financial processes and logistical planning at KBS.  Utilizing over 16 years of management and administration experience in business, nonprofit, government and international development, his goal is to provide excellent service, perspective, and quality of work to clients and colleagues.  He enjoys the opportunity to support causes and organizations that maximize growth and service locally and throughout Michigan.

I'll be helping to maintain and improve the Garden Program's online presence as well as getting my hands in the dirt and assisting with gardening endeavors throughout the city.

As a Learning and Talent Development Specialist, I utilize contemporary industry methodologies and collaborate with different departments to develop, design, and facilitate trainings that increase the effectiveness of employee performance, member service, compliance, and diversity.  In addition, I have the opportunity to demonstrate my belief and enthusiasm in our core values, our mission, and the outstanding service we provide to our employees, our members, and our community.

As a Business Service Specialist, I work with our current and prospective business members to provide them with account services and information about our competitive loan products.  I am very excited to represent MSUFCU in my new role as a Business Specialist and look forward to continue to build our relationship with the community and inform them of our superior service standards and engage new members at our Credit Union.

I have been working in the mortgage industry for 10 years, but my new position was a great opportunity for me.  MSUFCU is a wonderful organization that continues to grow and expand.  I knew I would be able to advance my career as they offer many opportunities to try new positions including management.  MSUFCU also offers great benefits and treats their employees extremely well.  I feel very fortunate to have found my job here and look forward to many successful years ahead.

Supporting the development of a digital trails initiative in Northeast Michigan in conjunction with the Northeast Michigan Council of Governments (NEMCOG) and the Up North Trails Collaborative.  The project involves the launch of a first-of-its kind initiative to "digitize" the trail networks in Northeast Michigan.  The "Digital Trails" project is intended to represent the nation's first trail network integrated with broadband access points, mobile applications and other app supported tools to enhance and support tourism, access, education, and commercial development in northeast Michigan.  The initiative encompasses three areas of focus including  implementation of a pilot program to digitize a segment of the Up North Trails system; creation and implementation of a fund development plan; and the establishment of a comprehensive marketing plan.

Dr. Mookerjee is a board-certified family medicine physician who addresses many different family health needs. She is experienced at caring for patients through all stages of life. Services include annual exams, weight loss and nutrition counseling, immunization, physicals, and treatment of illnesses and minor injuries.

In partnership with the Grant Manager, I oversee the direction of grant programs awarded to HFHM in such a way that the maximum measurable effects are achieved; create and maintain sources of information, instructions, and analytics so that the benefits are received by all that seek them; offer efficient support and creative resources for obstacles experienced by Habitat for Humanity. I also provide support to both Habitat for Humanity affiliates and the general public in order to strengthen potential applicants and partner families as they pursue their goal of homeownership either through Habitat for Humanity or another housing solution.
